Welcome to GamerX (Package: com.editbysk.gamerx), developed and operated by Alien X Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). GamerX is a free, ad-supported mobile application enabling users to enjoy games, complete interactive surveys, and earn virtual reward coins redeemable for real-world benefits.
This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of Personal Information received from users of the GamerX mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using GamerX, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a smooth, transparent, and fraud-free rewarding gaming experience, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account & Authentication Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your primary Google Account email address, public profile name, and unique user identifier (UID) provided by Firebase Authentication.
- Device & Hardware Identifiers: We collect your device model, Android OS version, unique Android ID, and network state solely for fraud mitigation, detecting emulators/VPN abuse, and ensuring fair reward disbursement.
- Reward & Transaction Records: Coins earned, gameplay duration, survey completion timestamps, and redemption requests (such as UPI ID or wallet details provided voluntarily during payout requests).
- Referral Information: Inviter referral codes and install attribution signals via the Google Play Install Referrer API.
2. Third-Party SDKs & Service Integrations
GamerX integrates with trusted industry-standard SDKs to provide core game functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and rewarded offers. These third-party services operate under their respective privacy policies:
Authentication, Cloud Firestore database sync, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
3. How We Use Collected Information
We use the data collected for specified and lawful purposes:
- To operate and maintain your GamerX coin balance and reward history.
- To process your withdrawal requests accurately to your chosen payment method.
- To prevent fraud, automated bots, multiple device clones, and VPN abuse.
- To deliver push notifications regarding reward status and daily streaks (can be disabled anytime).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Fair Play rules.
4. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights
In compliance with the Google Play Data Safety policy, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy laws, you have full ownership of your data.
You can request complete deletion of your account, email address, transaction logs, and profile records at any time. We provide two easy methods:
- In-App Deletion: Navigate to Profile Tab → Settings → Delete Account.
- Web Deletion Portal: Submit your request instantly on our official Account & Data Deletion Page.
Upon verified request, your account and associated database records will be permanently expunged from our Firebase servers within 30 calendar days.
5. Children's Privacy
GamerX does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16/18 depending on local digital consent laws). If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete that information from our records.

We implement strict administrative, technical, and physical security measures—including TLS/HTTPS transmission encryption and secure Google Firebase access rules—to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
