These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GamerX mobile application (Package: com.editbysk.gamerx), provided by Alien X Software. By creating an account, installing, or playing on GamerX, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent if between 13 and 17 years old) to use GamerX and redeem rewards. You must have a valid Google Account to access the application.
2. Strict Fair Play Policy
To ensure fairness for all players and our advertising partners, the following fraudulent or abusive behaviors are strictly forbidden:
- VPN / Proxy / GPS Spoofing: Masking your IP address or simulating location coordinates to access restricted offers or surveys.
- Emulators & Virtual Spaces: Running GamerX on PC emulators (such as BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer) or parallel space app cloners.
- Bots & Auto-Clickers: Employing automated scripts, macro tools, or hardware clickers to fake gameplay time.
- Multiple Accounts per Device: Creating more than one GamerX account on a single mobile hardware identifier.
Violation of Fair Play rules will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all accumulated coins without notice.
3. Virtual Coins & Reward Redemptions
Coins earned within GamerX represent virtual reward points and carry no intrinsic cash value outside the GamerX application. Coins are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be sold or traded on secondary markets.
Redemption requests (UPI, Paytm, Gift Cards, Crypto) are subject to fraud verification and minimum payout thresholds indicated in the app. Processing times may range from a few minutes to up to 48 business hours during peak verification queues.
4. Third-Party Content & Offers
GamerX features offers, surveys, and rewarded videos provided by third-party networks (including CPX Research, PubScale, and Unity Ads). Alien X Software is not responsible for the availability, content, or reward qualification decisions made by third-party offer providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
GamerX is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. In no event shall Alien X Software be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
